Would be good if someone adopted this place. There's some stuff that can't be done without special rights.

Perhaps you can apply for an administrator from fandom's staff. Fandom has a section where you can apply for administrators, all of which are allowing unmanaged wikis to be re managed. I have successfully applied for a wiki's administrator.

That would require the consent of all the active users. Good luck with that.
