Russian Boss - one of the major antagonists of Sift Heads franchise. He serves as tertiary antagonist of Sift Heads Rush. He's a brother of the boss seen in Cartels Act 2, who was killed by Kiro.

Sift Heads Street Wars/Cartels - Prologue[]

The Russian Boss only appears in the intro, smashing a window with a baseball bat, making way for his brother to shoot Shorty. He is never seen in the game itself.

Sift Heads Rush[]

The Russian Boss appears in the meeting of the three allied cartel leaders along with Luzio and Yakuza Leader. He mainly listens to the conversation between the two remaining associates, only adding that Vinnie killed his brother (even though it was actually Kiro). After Vinnie has successfully interrogated the Red Mafia accountant, the Russian Boss decides to face Vinnie alone. He ambushes the bounty hunter at night and uses a minigun, grenades and a protective mask. Vinnie is surprised by the gangster's apparent invincibility, even remarking that his skin must be made of steel, but, he finally manages to overcome the assailant. After the fight, the Russian collapses, causing Vinnie to believe that he is finally dead. However, when Vinnie calls Shorty, he stands up, grabs Vinnie by his neck, pins him to the ground and tries to stab him with a knife. Luckily, Shorty arrives and runs over the Russian with her car. His body is later shown in the morgue, where the remaining two cartel leaders meet. The Yakuza Leader mocks Luzio that the latter's plan to kill Vinnie is going to get all the cartel leaders killed instead, but Luzio remarks that the Russian made a fatal mistake by attacking Vinnie alone, as it never works against the bounty hunter.

Trivia[]

  • In Sift Heads Rush, the Russian has the same outfit as his brother in Sift Heads Cartels 2, while in Sift Heads Street Wars he doesn't wear a scarf.
  • He used a pretty similar strategy against Vinnie, to the one his brother used against Kiro. He was only a bit more prepared, as he was additionally armed with grenades and a protective mask, while his brother relied on a minigun and a handful of cartel soldiers to assist him.
