Sift Heads 1: Remasterized is an improved and upgraded version of the classic Sift Heads. It removes all voice acting and replaces them with subtitles like the more recent games (well every game except the first Sift Heads). It only includes one new mission but the other mission are heavily upgraded and some of them even have new objectives.
As of 2024, Sift Heads 1: Remasterized is part of the Legendary Pack. Its icons and music have been modified, and "Remasterized" in the title is removed, later renamed to "Sift Heads 1: Remake".
Difference between the two versions[]
- Instead of using humorous dialogue as in the original, the Remasterized version is more straightforward.
- Angelo knows Vinnie in the original, but not in Remasterized.
- The original Morreli immediately tries to get Tony to kill Vinnie when he offers to leave. In Remasterized, Morreli asks Vinnie to swap his tie when he asks him to leave, effectively asking Tony to kill him.
- The original final mission was to kill the Gray Mafia Leader. Remasterized's final mission requires the addition of his bodyguard.
