Sift Heads Cartels is the third and current mainline saga of the Sift Heads franchise. It is a sequel to Sift Heads World and continues narratively from Sift Heads Street Wars: Prologue.

Sift Heads Street Wars - Prologue[]
After the events of Sift Heads World: Act 7 - The Ultimatum. Vinnie and his crew are now attempting to take down the returning the Italian Mafia, along with the Yakuza and the Russian Mafia. The Bounty Hunters now have to settle the score while getting into conflict with the Authority Figures who are also hunting them down. Cartels brings a more brutal and realistic approach to the Sift Heads series. With a more action storyline with several side achievements. The shooting has been improved dramatically from past installments, with players able to move their character during shooting segments. The game would also engage in a Close Combat segment when an enemy is in a close distance with the player.
Act 1[]
The story continued where Sift Heads Street Wars: Prologue left off, Vinnie finds himself on the verge of death, pinned up against urban gangsters, who has kidnapped his girlfriend and partner Shorty. Beating his way to the top, Vinnie will enlist Kiro's help and wage an all-out war against the Red Mafia to uncover the criminals responsible for her kidnapping.
Act 2[]
The game continues where the first one left off, as the bounty hunters are hunting down Luzio's trail, but they suddenly get interrupted by a familiar gang along with Chicago's law enforcers
Act 3[]
The story continues, with Vinnie and his team are confronted with a vengeful clan which will either bring them to track the culprit or culprits down. But things don't turn out as planned when Vinnie finds himself in the worst place possible
Act 4[]
The story continues with Vinnie and Shorty escaped from the police station. From now on, they along with Kiro plan to mess up Luzio once and for all.
