Plot[]
Vinnie watches the news about Russian Mafia's hideout, which was completely burned to the ground. Inspector Sam Lawrence said that he and other know, who it is and this person will be dealt with. Vinnie turned off TV with words: "Yeah... You can try...". Vinnie goes to his computer and he start writing the post to his informants about Sam Lawrence on his back with the first payment of $5000, but in the same time, Shigeru and Yakuza are found Vinnie, and Shigeru carefully entered through the window with katana in his hands. Vinnie got an alert about window breached. Vinnie dodged swing of Shigeru's katana and punched Shigeru. Shigeru and Vinnie start fighting, they're broke the computer, Vinnie lunge on Shigeru and he fall from the window on the one of rooftops outside along with Shigeru. Shigeru tried to kick Vinnie out to make him crash about the ground, but Vinnie grabbed Shigeru's leg and pulled him down along with himself. Shigeru was injured with some remains of his katana in the body, and Vinnie was unconscious. When Vinnie stands up, Shigeru's right hand man: Jackson, arrived to rescue Shigeru. Vinnie start going to the bat, avoiding Jackson's shots. Kiro appeared on his motorbike with TEC-9 in his hands. Shigeru and Jackson start driving away, but Kiro lungs in the pursuit, while Vinnie went on his GT500. Kiro start shooting at Shigeru and Jackson's car, but Kiro ran out of ammo, luckily, Vinnie arrived very fast and crashed his car into Shigeru and Jackson's car. Shigeru escaped in Yakuza HQ, but Vinnie start following him and killing Yakuza members on the way to him. Shigeru entered into the room and start telling Vinnie that Yakuza will rip Vinnie's head off, but Vinnie killed Shigeru. Vinnie start investigating Yakuza HQ and he's found out something very terrible that Vinnie and his crew in the trouble. Vinnie start escaping from Yakuza HQ, but police with lead of Sam Lawrence are caught Vinnie and arrested him.
Vinnie sitting in the interroagtion room, where's Kate interrogated him and saying that Vinnie should have cooperated with police, but Vinnie said that, if he used police methods, he would be already dead and Chicago would haven been a lot more corrupted. Kate trusting Vinnie, but she can't to not following her police duty and she said that it's not her point, because Vinnie crossing the law and he will has to pay for that, but her look revealing that Kate doesn't believing any words she said to Vinnie. Vinnie said that Kate won't stop cartels this way and said Kate to trust him, but Kate said bring Vinnie. In the jail, Vinnie leaves his cell and asked one of inmates, how to escape. Inmate told him about a new inmate: The Supplier. Vinnie start going to the 219th cell, where The Supplier is, but some inmates are not gave Vinnie to pass, so Vinnie killed one of these punks, so others are gave him to pass. Vinnie asked a sharp blade from The Supplier, but cost was six packs of cigarettes. Vinnie goes outside, on the training ground, where's he made a deal with one of inmates, that, if Vinnie lift more than inmate, so he must to give 1 pack of cigarettes to Vinnie. Vinnie lifted more than inmate, but inmate and his buddies are attacked Vinnie. Vinnie killed them and taken their packs of cigarettes, and the last he takes near the gate with guard. Vinnie takes a sharp shiv from The Supplier and faced to face with leader of Crips and last two members of Crips. Vinnie killed them with shiv and taken a pack of money from dead leader to decept guard for making a call. Vinnie grab guard in the hostage and leaves the jail.
Shorty arrived to release Vinnie from the jail, but there's was red alert. Shorty takes her pistol and start shooting at the cops, while Vinnie barely leaves the jail through the cops. Shorty and Vinnie are reunited and they're both sat in the Shorty's Mini Cooper, and Kiro gave a fire support for them to stop cops. Kiro shoot down the wires of truck, which was carried a big and heavy tubes. Tubes are cutted the way for police cars and Vinnie and Shorty escaped. Vinnie said that his crew need to meet and added that Russians, Italians and Yakuza have made an alliance.
Trivia[]
- Vinnie collects cigarette packs for suppliers in prison similar to the 2002 game Dead to rights, the latter's protagonist, Jack Slate, also needs to collect enough cigarette packs for the missionaries working at Workshop in prison to help him escape from the death penalty. However, Jack's cigarette needed to defeat all enemies to get, and Vinnie could pick up some cigarettes in some places.
