Vinnie's Rampage (also known as Desert Road: Vinnie's Rampage, or Vinnie's Rampage - Act 1 on Newgrounds) is a spin-off game. The game has 6 levels. As being called a "fallback" to Sift Heads, it is referred to as Sift Heads 1.

All you have to do is shoot all enemies behind you with a SPAS-12, an Uzi, or a Desert Eagle.
